Terms & Conditions — tk1979 Bangladesh

These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by tk1979, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting markets (including cricket, ice hockey, and other sports), slots and RNG games, bonus and promotional programmes, payment processing services, and all related account management functions. These Terms apply to all users of the tk1979 platform, regardless of the device or method of access.

tk1979 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk1979.

To register an account with tk1979, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures may not open player accounts.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

tk1979 reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on tk1979 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your tk1979 account within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. tk1979 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. tk1979 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the account holder. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the platform's payments page and are subject to change. tk1979 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary based on the payment channel and the completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Fraud prevention: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering screening. tk1979 may delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may require additional documentation before releasing funds.

tk1979 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural occasions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. All casino games offered on tk1979 — including live dealer titles, RNG slots, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the studio that supplies that game. tk1979 publishes in-game information and where available the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each title.

For sports betting markets, tk1979 reserves the right to suspend or void a market at any time where: (a) a fixture is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled; (b) the integrity of the event is called into question; (c) a clearly erroneous price was offered due to a technical error; or (d) the market was settled incorrectly due to a data feed error. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant accounts.

Void bets and errors: tk1979 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price or as a result of a system error. A bet accepted by the platform does not constitute a guarantee of payment if the acceptance resulted from a malfunction, technical error, or manifestly incorrect data. tk1979 will not be liable for losses arising from system downtime, interruptions to live game feeds, or connectivity issues on the player's side.

tk1979 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction instruction from a payment provider.
• A player's own self-exclusion request submitted via the responsible gaming tools.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own responsible gaming request, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tk1979 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1979 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.
• Errors in game data, sports statistics, or odds information provided by third-party data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk1979's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. tk1979's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a bet settlement, a bonus calculation, or a transaction, players are required to contact the tk1979 support team at [email protected] in the first instance. tk1979 aims to respond to and resolve formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter may be escalated through the platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which will be provided upon request. tk1979 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes and will not unreasonably refuse to consider a legitimate complaint.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and tk1979 in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

As part of your obligations under these Terms, you agree to: (a) play within your personal financial limits at all times; (b) make use of the deposit limit and session reminder tools available in your account settings if you feel they would be beneficial; (c) contact support promptly if you wish to activate a cooling-off period or self-exclude; and (d) not attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction that you have previously requested. tk1979 applies a strict 21+ only policy and takes no part in enabling gambling by minors.
